1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting the EVYRA Discord bot to your Discord server, accessing the web infrastructure, or utilizing any of our automated moderation, antinuke, music, or ticketing services, you signify your unreserved agreement to these Terms of Service and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility & Server Authorization
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) and hold the Administrator or Manage Server permission in the Discord server you are configuring. Antinuke configurations and extra owner assignments may only be modified by authorized server ownership tiers.
3. Antinuke & Autonomous Actions
EVYRA features an autonomous antinuke and defense engine designed to neutralize destructive events (such as mass bans, channel purges, and unauthorized role grants). By enabling these modules, server owners authorize EVYRA to execute automated disciplinary actions (including revoking roles, quarantine kicks, or bans) according to configured parameters.
4. Prohibited Usage
You agree not to use EVYRA to facilitate server raids, mass spam floods, or unauthorized network attacks; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass rate limits on our API; or distribute malicious payloads in violation of Discord policies and cyber laws.
5. Service Availability & Warranty
EVYRA is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and low-latency audio delivery across our redundant shards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during upstream Discord API outages or scheduled maintenance.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the EVYRA bot after amendments constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
