By adding the EVYRA Discord Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or utilizing its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease use of its services immediately.

2. Service Provision

EVYRA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

While we utilize a redundant tiered database architecture to ensure high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any data loss, moderation failures, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Spam, harass, or maliciously target other users or servers.
  • Attempt to exploit, bypass, or reverse engineer the Bot's security or rate-limiting mechanisms.
  • Distribute malicious content, illegal material, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.

4. Abuse and Termination

We reserve the right to permanently blacklist any user or server from utilizing EVYRA if we detect abuse of our systems, violations of these terms, or activity that threatens the stability of our infrastructure. This termination may occur without warning or appeal.

5. User Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they process through the Bot. EVYRA acts purely as a conduit and moderation tool. We claim no ownership over user-generated content passing through our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and maintainers of EVYRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Bot. This includes damages resulting from unauthorized access to your server or failed moderation actions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
