1. Information We Collect
EVYRA operates with strict minimal-data principles. We collect Discord Snowflake IDs (User IDs, Guild IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs) solely to bind configuration settings, automod rules, ticket transcripts, and leveling tallies to your server. We do not store plain-text user messages or audio streams.
2. How We Use Data
Stored data is utilized strictly to deliver bot functionality: caching antinuke whitelist configurations, persisting leveling XP leaderboards, and rendering ticket logs. Data is never sold, monetized, or shared with third-party advertisers.
3. Temporary Caching & Audio
Music query lookups and voice audio playback packets are routed in real-time through our dedicated Lavalink audio cluster in volatile memory and are purged immediately after playback completes.
4. Data Security & Storage
All server data is stored in isolated SQLite/PostgreSQL instances protected by strict firewall policies, automated daily backups, and encrypted transit. Access is limited strictly to authorized core infrastructure administrators.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Guild configurations remain active while EVYRA is in the server. If EVYRA is removed from a guild, server owners can request immediate and total data deletion by contacting our team in the official Support Server.
