1. Data Collection

EVYRA operates on a principle of data minimization. We only collect and store data absolutely necessary for the bot's functionality. This includes:

  • Guild Information: Server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs strictly used for configuration (e.g., ticket panels, antinuke settings).
  • User Information: Discord User IDs to track moderation history (crimefiles), leveling XP, and voice statistics.
  • Message Content: Message content is temporarily processed in memory for Automod filter scanning and message logging. Message contents are not stored persistently unless specifically flagged by the Automod system or recorded in server-configured audit logs.

2. Data Usage

Collected data is used exclusively to provide the services you request when adding EVYRA to your server. We use your data to:

  • Enforce moderation policies and maintain crimefile histories.
  • Operate the leveling and statistics tracking systems.
  • Trigger configured automod and antinuke defense protocols.
  • Facilitate the ticket, application, and verification workflows.

3. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary. When EVYRA is removed from a server, all associated configuration data, moderation histories, and analytics are marked for deletion and purged from our primary PostgreSQL database during routine maintenance cycles.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message content may be securely transmitted to our AI filtering partners (Perspective API, Gemini, Bytez) exclusively for the purpose of toxicity and filter evasion detection.

5. User Rights

Under the GDPR and CCPA, users have the right to request the deletion of their data. Server administrators can use the bot's built-in reset commands to wipe server configurations. Individual users may request full data deletion by contacting our support team in the EVYRA Discord server.

6. Privileged Intents

To operate its core moderation and utility systems, EVYRA requires Discord's three Privileged Gateway Intents. We treat the data exposed by these intents with strict confidentiality:

  • Message Content Intent: Essential for processing commands, running our Automod filter engine (to detect toxicity, slurs, and spam), executing custom autoresponder triggers, and accurately logging deleted or edited messages in server-configured audit channels.
  • Server Members Intent: Required to detect when users join or leave a server. This powers our Welcome/Goodbye systems, automatic role assignment (autoroles/sticky roles), and our Anti-Raid defense module which must verify account ages upon join.
  • Presence Intent: Utilized for activity-based automation, such as granting roles to users who support a server by placing an invite link or specific keyword in their custom status, and for maintaining accurate online member statistics.
